They're always dropping by and you seem to get to know them faster.

There is a very communal feel with so many neighbors in close proximity.

Just like in reality, some ups and downs come with apartment living. City Living, as of this writing, is the only world in The Sims 4 that allows your Sims to rent an apartment instead of making them buy a home.
